This 4th of July weekend we are celebrating American ranchers who are paving the way forward for regenerative agriculture. Innovation has always been a part of our country’s history and now more than ever it is time to regenerate the land and our bodies by supporting healthy practices all the way through the food chain. Moving away from Mass Agriculture to a sustainable and regenerative way of life is important for personal nutrition as well as critical to healing the environment.
Force of Nature is one such ranch that is leading the way in supporting the regenerative agriculture movement. We are excited to offer a pick up in-store burger kit for the holiday weekend featuring Force of Nature beef. With a focus on improving the quality of environment and our health we can support their mission and values. All Force of Nature products are Regen Ag certified, grass fed/grass finished and pasture raised with a focus on soil health not to mention a delicious finished product.
Get your BBQ weekend started off right with our epic Truffle Burger kit featuring brioche buns from our neighbors, the delicious and organic Luna Bakery and ancestral blend Force of Nature beef or Richards Grass Fed Regenerative Beef. The ancestral blend incorporates the nutritional properties of organ meats into a modern diet by including heart and liver in the ground beef. Great for grilling or pan frying this recipe is one of our favorites and is always a hit at our dinner parties.
Included in the Holistic Ranch Truffle Burger Kit
- 2lbs Force of Nature Ancestral Blend Ground Beef or 2lbs Richards Grass Fed Regenerative Beef

- 8.5oz Batistini Farms Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Truffle Essence
- 6 Slices Rumiano Mild Cheddar Sliced Cheese
- 9oz Three Little Figs Tomato Tapas Jam
- 1 head of organic lettuce
Other Ingredients
- 1 tsp Malden salt (more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Ground pepper
- Veggies and/or dressings for your salad
- Additional toppings if desired
Directions
In a bowl combine ground meat, 1 tsp Malden sea salt, 1/2 tsp ground pepper and 1 Tbsp of truffle oil. Rest for 10 minutes.
Heat pan or grill with a little oil. Preheat oven to 350.
Shape out two to four equal burgers patties and place on pan or grill. Cook to your liking (we prefer medium rare!)
Once burgers are cooked on each side place the sliced cheese on the burger and place pan in the over for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. At the same time as cheese is melting place burger buns in the oven to warm.
Remove burgers and buns from oven, add a teaspoon of truffle oil on your burger bun with a sprinkle of salt along with a leaf of lettuce. Spread the tomato tapas on the buns and enjoy!
